Throughout the area there are many nice resting places to barbecue and relax.
Forest Fire Danger!
From now on, a fire ban is in effect in forests and along forest edges in the canton of Schwyz (including at designated fire pits).
Just imagine: a juicy sausage from the barbecue or a crispy pizza bread or toasted marshmallow! The LOOP trails take you to the five BBQ pits where you can cater to your whims. The BBQ areas also have plenty of shady spots for a recuperating nap, as well as comfortable benches and tables for eating and talking. Firewood is available on site, well protected from the weather, and is replenished regularly.
The barbecue area behind the suspension bridge is accessible even in winter.
