SHAG undertakes to observe the applicable data protection legislation when handling and processing all customer data and customer usage data. Customer data shall only be used to maximise operational safety or in the interest of sales promotion, product design, crime prevention, misuse prosecution, collection of key economic data and statistics as well as invoicing. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that SHAG is entitled, in cases of joint provision of services in cooperation with third parties, to make customer data accessible to the relevant third parties to the extent that this is necessary in the interest of providing the services. Otherwise, the passing on of customer data to third parties is only permitted with the express consent of the customer. An exception shall only apply if SHAG is legally obliged to pass on personal data to third parties.

Guidle AG only collects data where necessary and treats it with care. Please read the data protection declaration. In order to enter entries or search subscriptions and to use additional services, users must first register their user data. Guidle does not pass this user data on to third parties, but may use it for its own information and marketing purposes (e.g. forwarding of a contact message or delivery of a newsletter). The advertiser agrees that the entries placed on the IP can be distributed by Guidle AG in other channels (e.g. online and mobile portals, print products). The data transmitted by the user via the contact form of an entry will be passed on directly and exclusively to the respective advertiser by Guidle AG. Guidle AG reserves the right to store such data and to use it for customer service purposes.
Guidle AG complies with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, but cannot fully guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, authenticity and availability of personal data. The user acknowledges that personal data can also be accessed in countries that do not have data protection regulations comparable to those in Switzerland. The advertiser agrees that the entries placed by him are not freely available to third parties. The Idea Creation GmbH website collects a series of general data and information each time a person concerned or an automated system accesses the website. These general data and information are stored in the log files of the server.
