Winter hiking, games, and new attractions

There is also plenty to discover away from the ski slopes.
Scenic winter hikes lead along the Engelstock winter LOOP trail, while the Bridge LOOP trail with its spectacular skywalk guarantees a real suspension bridge feeling. The new winter hiking trail to Hochstuckli invites you to linger with its fire pit and seating areas – including a magnificent view of the valley basin.

Families will get their money's worth on the Rondo puzzle trail. Together with Rondo and Sam Salamander, they embark on an exciting mission. Whoever finds the solution word helps the mountain witch regain her magical powers.

For nature lovers, snowshoe tours to Hochstuckli or Spilmettlen offer peace and quiet and pure nature.

New attractions now provide even more fun:

• Trampoline facility at the mountain station (for children up to 12 years old)

• Indoor playground and bouncy castles at the valley station (for children up to 12 years old)

• Ice mini golf at the mountain station – with hockey sticks and pucks through the course

Moments of pleasure on the mountain

Culinary delights make a winter's day on the family mountain into a very special experience. From a relaxed breakfast to convivial fondue experiences and atmospheric evenings with music. Here, enjoyment becomes an integral part of your winter's day.

• NEW - Stuckli Alp - Idyllically located below the Hochstuckli summit. 
• Cheese backpack – experience an unforgettable outdoor adventure, with a choice of fondue or raclette.
• Start your winter experience with a delicious Mostelberg breakfast or, on Sundays, with an all-you-can-eat Älplerzmorge breakfast at the Mostelberg mountain inn.
• Enjoy an outdoor fondue with friends and family in the most beautiful winter setting on the terrace of the Mostelberg mountain inn.
• Winter fun with lively folk music and culinary delights at the Q-Hof every Saturday evening.
• The kiosk at the mountain station offers snacks and drinks. 

Laternenweg & Musik

Every Saturday from December 20, 2025, to February 28, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., the loop trail over the suspension bridge will be atmospherically lit with lanterns. The lantern trail creates a truly magical winter wonderland.

Combine the lantern trail with a visit to the Mostelberg mountain inn and indulge in culinary delights.
On some evenings during the winter season, music will create a great atmosphere.
