# Trailtreff Talkessel Schwyz
The trail meeting takes place approximately twice a month. We look forward to your participation.
We meet about twice a month on Friday mornings in the Sattel, Wildspitz, Rigi Süd or Mythen area for the trail meeting. The focus on these mornings is on having fun trail running and getting to know new areas together. The tours are led by local guides, from whom you will benefit from valuable tips and tricks during the training. The #trailtreff_talkessel schwyz is intended for advanced trail runners. The tours are led by Nathalie von Däniken and Angelika Auf der Maur. Requirements: You already have experience in trail running and can run a flat half marathon in under or around 2 hours. You can conquer approx. 600-800 m/hour.
