Yes, I want to share in the future of Sattel-Hochstuckli.  On the basis of this prospectus and the decision of the Management Board, I/we wish to purchase (insert number in form) nominal shares of Sattel-Hochstuckli AG, Sattel at CHF 350 each (issue price of CHF 350 incl. 1% Swiss stamp duty).  Please send me an invoice, which I shall pay within 30 days.  Following payment, the share certificate will be prepared (expected in September 2010) and delivered to me.
